Terms of Use & Service Notice

Important information about using this website, submitting enquiries and engaging All From God Nigeria Ltd. for business or logistics support.

Effective date: 2 September 2026

1. About these terms

This website is operated by All From God Nigeria Ltd. (“AFGNL”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to use it lawfully and acknowledge this notice. Website information is general and does not by itself create a binding service contract, agency, partnership, guarantee or professional advice relationship.

2. Enquiries, quotations and contracts

A form submission, email, telephone call, estimate or preliminary discussion is an invitation to assess your requirements—not automatic acceptance of a job. A service becomes confirmed only when scope, pricing, responsibilities, timing, payment terms, documentation and any special conditions are agreed by authorised representatives. Quotations may change if shipment details, routes, market costs, regulatory requirements, risk conditions or third-party charges change.

3. Accurate information and customer responsibilities

You must provide complete and accurate information about goods, origin, destination, weight, dimensions, value, ownership, permits, hazards, handling needs and deadlines. You must not request movement or trade in prohibited, stolen, undeclared, unsafe or unlawfully obtained items. Delays, costs or losses caused by inaccurate, late or incomplete information may remain the customer’s responsibility, subject to the final written agreement and applicable law.

4. Regulated and third-party services

AFGNL may coordinate with vetted carriers, clearing agents, freight providers, insurers, security companies, financial institutions, government agencies and other appropriately licensed or authorised parties. References to clearing, customs support, protective escort, regulated transport, insurance, import or export do not mean AFGNL holds every licence itself. Such activities will be performed only where lawful and, when required, through authorised providers or public agencies.

5. Cargo protection and security requests

Enhanced cargo protection is risk-based and subject to route assessment, availability, lawful approvals and a separate written arrangement. AFGNL does not promise police, military or armed escort on demand and does not control public security agencies. Where appropriate, protection may be coordinated only with lawfully authorised providers or agencies. No security arrangement eliminates all risk.

6. Timing, availability and events outside control

Schedules and delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed in writing. Weather, road conditions, congestion, breakdowns, border or port processes, inspections, civil disruption, security incidents, government action and other events outside reasonable control may affect performance. We will seek to communicate material changes and take reasonable operational steps.

7. Pricing, payment and extra costs

Customers must pay agreed charges when due. Tolls, demurrage, storage, waiting time, inspection, duties, taxes, permits, security, changes in scope and other third-party costs may be additional unless expressly included. Do not send payment-card details through ordinary email, website text fields or WhatsApp. Payment instructions should be independently verified using AFGNL’s published contact details before funds are transferred.

8. Claims and limitation notice

Any shortage, loss, damage, delay or service concern should be reported promptly with the relevant job reference and evidence. Responsibility, exclusions and any limits will depend on the written service agreement, the role performed, applicable insurance and governing law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Intellectual property and acceptable use

AFGNL names, logos, website design and original content may not be copied, misrepresented or used to imply endorsement without permission. You must not interfere with the website, submit malicious content, impersonate others, harvest information or use the site for fraud or unlawful activity.

10. Privacy, external links and changes

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. External websites and platforms have their own terms. We may update this notice as operations develop; the effective date will show the latest version.

11. Governing law and contact

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any different written agreement for a particular transaction. Questions may be sent to info@allfromgodng.com or +234 707 980 2871.

Important: This notice supports early-stage operations and is not a substitute for transaction-specific contracts, insurance terms or advice from qualified Nigerian legal, customs, tax, security and regulatory professionals.
